Rebecca has been a part of St Mary's since 1999 and has over 25 years experience in the field. She holds a bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood and is a Circle of Security Parenting facilitator.
Rebecca is passionate about the everyday experiences of the child and she believes that our early childhood setting lays the foundations for a life filled with discovery, learning and happiness.
As the Director, Rebecca personally delivers an experience that every child and family will remember with love and a smile.

Sharon - Joey Room
Sharon has been with St Marys for over 10 years as an Early Childhood Teacher and holds a Bachelor of Education. She has over 25 years teaching experience and loads of experience as a mum with two now adult children.
She is warm, attentive and her patience is endless. Her love of cooking and healthy food is shared with the children when she uses cooking as part of the curriculum. Sharon believes that a sense of belonging and social competence is crucial for children to thrive in all areas of development.
Jess - Joey Room
Jess has been at St Marys for over 5 years and in the industry for more than 20. She is an Early Childhood teacher holding a Bachelor of Teaching.
As a mum to two young girls, Jess can also share practical experience and knowledge with parents. She believes all children are individuals, with unique interests and strengths to share. Jess is full of fun and teaches with joy.
Tanya - Koala Room
Tanya believes it is a privilege to be working in early childcare education and to be a part of the community at St Mary’s Childcare Centre. She enjoys supporting children as they develop into healthy, confident, life-long learners; viewing every child as unique and capable.
They deserve the opportunity to take risks and make decisions about things that affect them. Feeling free to make mistakes knowing they will be supported and guided during the learning process is important.
Sally - Kookaburra Room
Sally has been at St Marys for over 10 years and is the Educational Leader and teacher in the 4 year old room. She holds a Bachelor of Education.
Her experience, knowledge and commitment to learning allow her to lead the team and ensure we remain current in our teaching practice.
Sally believes that playful learning in the early years within an environment that supports movement, relationships, stimulation and creation is central to best practice education and is the foundation for building life long learners.
